Through a one-on-one session with me (either online or face-to-face), space is created for you to acknowledge aspects of yourself that you feel needs healing through wholistic counselling.
Through this acknowledgment and being compassionately present we can sift through areas of your life (past, present and emerging) that may be the originator or contributor to the emotional, mental or physical pain points that you are experiencing.
Your own spirit is guiding the process for us as we activate your cellular memory through kinesiology techniques. These sessions are about activating the healing mechanisms in your body to empower you to be your own healer.
