Journey with the Father

You're invited to a LIVE online immersion

where we will acknowledge, heal, integrate and alchemise elements of the relationship with our fathers, to step into greater autonomy, sovereignty, wholeness, connection, compassion and love within ourselves and then experience this more in our external reality.

The process will involve a grounding meditation, setting the energy grid of our bodies and space

before energetically bringing awareness to our father including our inner father archetype, father's ancestral lineage and our inner masculine energy.

Through whole and heart-centred processes, we will acknowledge, integrate and transmute within ourselves:
~ non~beneficial energies.
~ cords and attachments.
~ contracts and agreements...

that are no longer serving us, into all encompassing love across all time, space, realities and dimensions.

The process will create space for anything you need to voice or acknowledge (privately not live) so that we can feel and witness greater depths of our healing without spiritually bypassing or skipping fundamental steps of wholeness integration.

We will also activate and restore the heart meridian (energy pathway) through acupressure holding points and energetic meridian massage.

This process will also involve receiving benevolent wisdom, gifts, lessons and insights from our relationship with our father and activating these aspects from within.

We will acknowledge the shadow (suppressed and separated) aspects of ourselves while also honouring the benevolent parts and acknowledge any victimhood experiences and alchemise them into our sense of empowered wholeness.

Together we can activate the wisdom of our experiences as we navigate our lives with truth, passion and purpose with greater empowerment.

Hi! I am Astara Leon.

For 20 years, I have supported people from all around the world with transformative and empowering experiences with a blend of my qualifications, training and embodiment in Neuro-Linguistic Kinesiology, Touch for Health Kinesiology, Wholistic Counselling, Energy Medicine and Meditation Facilitation

In 2023, (the year that I birthed her beautiful daughter), my partner and I birthed 'Aurora School of Natural Living' with an energy healing modality named 'Manasomatics'.

This modality is a body of work reflecting 20 years (well lifetimes!) of embodied research and is now recognised by the International Institute of Complementary Therapists.

I am passionate about facilitating experiences either in-person or online with groups and individuals, to support people in remembering and reconnecting with their whole self on deeper levels. We aren't broken. No one needs fixing. This is a journey of reconnection, wholeness and embracing our magnificence just as we are.

I see myself as a humble student of life and as someone who has rebirthed through many 'dark night of the soul' moments. These moments birthed opportunities to 'rise from the ashes' with reverence and like a lotus blooming from the mud of life which holds such wisdom and nourishment.
